It’s so important to have plan and an outline for the day. Make sure to talk with all the vendors to come up with the best schedule. It’s also important
for all the vendors to be on the same page as to when things are happening
and how much time they will take. Most likely this is the first time planning
the timeline of a wedding, don’t be afraid to ask your vendors what they
feel works best...if they’ve been around the wedding game for any amount of
time they will have some ideas! And having a schedule and everyone on the same page will ensure that things go as smoothly as possible. But when it comes to the wedding day, don’t stress about every little moment, trust the day to unfold as naturally as possible. I’ve seen too many brides spend their
amazing wedding day stressed about every little detail, when the truth is, most
of the guest won’t know the difference. It's your big day...don't spend it worrying, you don't want to look back and only remember the things that didn't go quite as planned.
Two of the best scheduling tips I can give you from the hundreds of weddings I've been at.... 1. get the wedding guest on the
dance floor asap! Guest tend to duck out early if they feel like they have
the chance, but if you get your guest on to the dance floor as soon as
possible , they will be having fun and wanting to dance the night away!
2. If the day allows it... plan on taking 10-15 mins (I always aim for sunset) two sneak away and do a few photos of the two of you...if not for the photos alone...but for the chance to spend a few moments to take in your big day.
